Agreedum was built by an implementation practitioner who spent years running client requirements, sign-offs and change requests by hand: requirements documents close to a hundred pages, re-typed for every client; approvals buried in email threads and personal OneDrive folders; change requests in Word files that disappeared when someone changed jobs. Agreedum replaces that with one place per project: a reusable requirements catalog, an approved version locked as a baseline, and every later change tracked as its own approved change request.
It’s for implementation consultancies, systems integrators, freelance consultants and product teams that deliver a standard product configured per client — anyone who writes a functional requirements document (FRD), gets client sign-off, and then has to manage scope changes without losing the record.
Put simply: Agreedum is a versioning + approval-of-record store with a fast requirements catalog — not a project-management tool, a record of what was agreed and what changed since.
