External participants — your clients' reviewers — are always free. A client, stakeholder or approver who receives a magic link never needs an account, never needs a seat, and never sees a bill. They give an email address, complete an OTP-verified review, and their decision becomes part of the application approval record. You only pay for the internal seats creating and managing requirements.
