1 Create a template
A template describes your product once, so you never start a document from scratch. Click + New template and give it a name — for example Retail POS Suite.
Describe your product once. Every project starts from it.

Start with an area — the first chapter of your document, for example Payments.
Add the first feature of the area, for example Card payments. Each feature becomes a line the client approves.
Is it mandatory in the product? Can the client adjust its options? Answer both and the document knows how to show it.
Does the client decide anything here? Add an option, for example Offline limit.
This is how the feature reads in the document your client approves. It updates every time you save.
When every area has at least one feature, publish. New projects start from the published version; you can keep editing the next one.
The same steps run as a guided tour inside the app, on your own screens.
